    Once you have found the desired item in our webshop, select the size and/or color (if this is an option) and click on "Add to cart". You can now always return and continue shopping in our webshop, for example if you want to add another item (click on the "shopping bag" icon at the top right). Please note , adding something to your shopping cart does not mean that the item is immediately reserved.

    Once you've finished shopping, it's time to complete your order. Click on the " shopping cart " icon at the top right to go to your shopping bag with your added items. On the next screen you arrive at, you can adjust the quantities of your item(s) if necessary. Then go to " Proceed to checkout ". This will take you to the checkout page. Here you can easily enter all your details to complete the order. If you wish to change or cancel the order after placing it, you can do so up to 24 hours after placing the order. After that, this is no longer possible because the order is already in the processing process.


    1. WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?
    Shop-gemak.nl takes care of the shipping costs. So you don't have to pay shipping costs when you order a product from us.*

    * The shipping costs for returning your item are at your own expense.

    2. CAN I TRACK MY DELIVERY?
    Yes, we ship all your items with Track & Trace. You can track your order via the order status page, the link of which you will receive via email once your order has been shipped.

    It can sometimes take a while before the Track & Trace status is available.

    3. WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME?


    Shop-gemak.nl strives for fast delivery of products. If you place an order before 3:00 PM on workdays, we will try to process your order the same day. We ship many of our products directly from our suppliers. Therefore, the average delivery time is 10 - 15 working days.

    4. AN INCORRECT ADDRESS

    It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the delivery address provided is correct. We do our best to expedite processing and shipping, so there is always room to correct an incorrect shipping address. If you think you have provided a traffic shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible.



    5. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

    We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Does your Track & Trace indicate that your package has been delivered to your address, but that you have not received it? If so, please report this to us. 14 days after the indicated delivery date, the company that handled the delivery of your package will initiate an investigation. We will keep you informed of this until the investigation is completed.
