EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
Not completely satisfied with your purchase? No problem! At Shop-Gemak.nl we make exchanges and returns easy and fast. Follow these three simple steps to return or exchange your order:
Step 1: Complete the Returns Form
- Start by requesting the returns form. You can easily do this by contacting us. We will then send you the necessary form.
Step 2: Send your Order
- Pack the items you want to return together with the completed returns form.
- Send the package to the address stated on the returns form.
- Use a Track and Trace code when shipping. As a sender you are responsible for the shipment, and with a Track and Trace code we can prevent any misunderstandings together.
Step 3: Receive the Purchase Amount on your Bank Account
- As soon as we have received your package, we will ensure that the purchase amount is refunded to your bank account within five working days.
Important information:
- You have the right to return an item within 14 days, without giving reasons.
- Please ensure that the product is returned in its original condition and packaging (if reasonably possible).
